RETREATS

To guide you into deeper connection with yourself, with others, and the living world.

While each retreat varies in structure—from intimate weekend immersions to week-long ceremonial journeys—certain elements remain at the heart of everything we do.

Below are some of the practices, principles, and ways of being we bring into each space.

These threads guide our work, no matter the setting.

A man and a woman sit on a wooden floor indoors, engaging in a sound healing session with singing bowls. The woman has long curly hair and is wearing a beige top and blue pants. The man has long hair tied back and is wearing a gray shirt and brown pants.

Mindfulness & Expanded States

We are wired for expanded states—ritual, breathwork, movement, trance, and nature immersion open the door to transformation.

These practices disrupt old patterns, deepen awareness, and help us access hidden layers of psyche and soul. Mindfulness anchors this journey, allowing us to track our inner landscape with curiosity and presence.

Tracking the Bigger Story

We are part of a larger story—one woven with myth, meaning, and soul.

Through earth-based practices, archetypal wisdom, and dreamwork, we explore the golden thread of your journey. This is the path of deep presence, radical self-responsibility, and walking the Earth with beauty.

The Adventure of Self-Discovery

Becoming whole requires us to turn inward.

Through trauma-informed modalities like parts work, Hakomi, and somatic inquiry, we follow the wisdom of the body and soul at the pace of trust. These retreats are not therapy, but they are spaces where you meet the parts of yourself long forgotten.

Embodiment & Somatic Approach

The body carries wisdom deeper than words.

By slowing down, tuning in, and trusting its pace, we access profound healing and insight. Somatic practices and intuitive movement allow us to soften, listen, and reconnect—revealing the body as the portal to wholeness.

"By choosing integrity, I become more whole, but wholeness does not mean perfection. It means becoming more real by acknowledging the whole of who I am."

– Parker J. Palmer

Stepping Out to Step In

If you want everything to change, you must be willing to change everything.

Stepping out of routine and into the unknown allows for true transformation. Our retreats offer a sacred pause—space to reset, reflect, and return with clarity and purpose.

Rooted in Community

We do this work by, for, and through community.

Our retreats recreate the Village—a space for collective healing, deep connection, and shared transformation. Many leave with lifelong friendships, continuing to gather and support one another long after the retreat ends.

"People say that what we're all seeking is a meaning for life. I don't think that's what we're really seeking. I think that what we're seeking is an experience of being alive."

- Joesph Campbell

Informed by the Wild

At Wild Within, everything we do is about returning to the Earth.

The wild is not an escape—it is the teacher. Time in untamed landscapes shifts consciousness, opens the heart, and reawakens belonging. We go to nature not to leave the world behind, but to remember how to fully belong to it.
