Deep inner work, soul-centered community and nature based leadership through
OUR MISSION
Wild Within exists to help people reconnect—with themselves, each other, and the living world.
We create spaces for deep self-inquiry, meaningful community, and immersive experiences in nature—where transformation unfolds, resilience grows, and imagination is reignited.
Through retreats, online programs, community, and leadership trainings, we support individuals who sense there’s more to life than they’ve been taught—those seeking deeper connection, purpose, and belonging.
Our work is to guide people answering the call back to their true nature, to each other, and to the wild—so they can step into a more authentic and meaningful relationship with life.
OUR VISION
The world is longing for deeper connection—
within ourselves, between each other, and with the natural world.
In a time of crisis and transformation, we need resilient, life-giving ways of being that help us navigate uncertainty with clarity, courage, and imagination.
Wild Within exists to restore a culture in service to life and in deep participation with it—one where we remember our place in the greater web of existence, live in reciprocity with the natural world, and lead from the heart and soul.
We do this work because humanity is being called to wake up—to return to what has been forgotten, to reimagine what is possible, and to create a future that honors both the seen and unseen forces of life.
We do this work because the Earth is waking up, calling us to find new ways to inhabit our lives. To answer, we must draw wisdom from the past while imagining new ways of being—ways that honor Life, the Earth, and the generations yet to come.
Are you ready to answer the call of the Wild Within?
Like cairns marking the way, these principles guide us home—to our inner life, each other, the living world, and Mystery.
COMMUNITY
A place of self definition where we come together with the intention to connect to the power within, draw strength to effect inner change, honor the individual gifts of its members, and acknowledge the possibility of doing together what is impossible to do alone.
THE WILD
An untamed and untameable energy at the core of all life, the Wild is boundless, free, spontaneous and infinitely creative. It’s the principle source of wisdom and where all medicine comes from.
RITUAL
An ancient, universal practice that weaves meaning into life, connecting the individual to the community, the more-than-human world, and the sacred through shared processes of healing, initiation, transformation, celebration and renewal.
EMBODIMENT
To be fully embodied is to be at one with ourselves—body, emotions, and life situation—while recognizing that our deepest truths are to be found in and through matter, the body, and the earth.
JULIE-ROXANE KRIKORIAN
Julie-Roxane is a soul guide, medicine woman, and birth guardian. Her work lives at the intersection of ceremony, Earth medicine, and the deep intelligence of birth. She walks with people through thresholds—times of becoming, unraveling, healing, and remembering.
As co-founder of Wild Within, she brings grounded vision, fierce love, and a deep trust in the mystery that gathers each group. She holds the invisible threads, midwifing transformation and tending the sacred relationship between humans and the wild.
Rooted in her French lineage and shaped by years of personal healing and study, she’s currently deepening into the wisdom of conception, gestation, and birth—learning how to support what is tender and new as it comes into the world.
She lives near Eugene, Oregon with her husband Alasdair and their two cats, and offers one-on-one guidance through The Spiraling Path.

ALASDAIR PLAMBECK
Alasdair is a soul guide, ceremonialist, and visionary. His work is shaped by a central question: how do we become mature adults—and, in time, true elders? Those rare humans who truly steward life. This inquiry has led him to study and navigate initiatory experiences, Earth-based rituals, and the deep unraveling of trauma and conditioning that keep us from living our full lives.
He is guided by the archetype of the wilderness guide—not only one who knows how to move through wild landscapes, but one who walks with others at their edge. He inhabits the frontier, helping others cross the thresholds of their own lives, so they may become more alive, more truthful, more fully themselves.
His work lives at the intersection of soul initiation, Earth and plant medicine, and somatic & depth psychology—grounded in mindfulness, shaped by mystery, and rooted in a real, felt relationship with the living Earth. As a keeper of the fire at Wild Within, he brings heartfire, long-term visionary abilities, humility, mountain steadiness, and the kind of soft compassion carried by those who have walked their own edges. He listens for where the work wants to go, often weaving in practices drawn from wilderness rites, men’s work, nondual teachings, and therapeutic traditions.
