You will be notified when a program has been confirmed. We aim to confirm programs no later than 30 days prior to the start date. Wild Within is not responsible for costs of travel arrangements made before the program has been confirmed with sufficient enrollment.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Deposit: Payment of the non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit reserves your space in the program. Deposit amounts are roughly 30% of the program cost and are indicated on the registration form.
Final Payment: Final payment is due no less than 30 days prior to the program start date.
When registering less than 30 days prior to the start date of a program, payment of the entire program fee is required. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
CANCELLATION BY WILD WITHIN:
If Wild Within cancels a retreat due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will receive a full refund electronically or in the form of a mailed check.
CANCELLATION BY YOU:
1. Deposits for retreats are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you cancel a program for any reason, your deposit is forfeited.
2. Payment above the deposit will not be held as an account credit and will be refunded electronically or in the form of a mailed check, with exceptions noted below.
3. If notice of cancellation is received 30 days or less before the start of the program, all payment is forfeited.
4. These policies stand even if there is a waitlist for the program and we are able to fill your spot.
Wild Within reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Wild Within also reserves the right to screen participants for compatibility with Wild Within programs. For the safety of all participants, we require that participants be in good physical, mental and emotional health. Wild Within programs can be physically and psychologically challenging. We reserve the right to refuse service based on our assessment of these or other criteria.
