FALL DIETA WITH

BOBINSANA

September 26 – October 2, 2025

Picaflores · McKenzie River Valley, Oregon

An intimate, off-grid plant dieta in wilderness.

There comes a time when the world asks us to slow down.

To listen more than we speak.

To be still enough to hear the quiet teachings—of land, of plant, of soul.

If you’ve been feeling the call to reconnect, to drop in, to remember what’s true… this is for you.

& enter sacred relationship with a master plant.

to slow down, return to the wild

AN INVITATION

We’ll gather for 6 nights at Picaflores, a 20-acre off-grid sanctuary tucked into Oregon’s lush McKenzie River Valley. A clear, flowing creek winds through the forested land where you’ll be camping under the trees—with access to shared bathrooms, showers, and communal space.

At the heart of this retreat is a 5-day dieta with Bobinsana, a gentle and powerful plant teacher from the Amazon.

Bobinsana is known for her heart-opening medicine—softening the walls we’ve built, helping us reconnect with what’s true, and guiding us gently back to the essence of who we are. She brings resilience, clarity, and emotional depth. She invites us to feel, and to flow.

WHAT IS A PLANT DIETA?

During a dieta, we simplify everything—what we eat, how we interact, how we spend our time—in order to open the subtle channels of communication between the plant and ourselves.

This process invites healing, teaching, emotional depth, and inner transformation. It’s not about seeking visions or experiences. It’s about listening and allowing the medicine of the plant to work on you from the inside out.

This is not a retreat filled with activities. It’s a sacred pause. A deepening. A thinning of the veil.

Perfect for those navigating a transition, seeking guidance, or longing to connect with nature and self in a more intimate, embodied way.

Dieta is a traditional way of opening a direct relationship with a plant spirit through intentional ingestion, solitude, and retreat from the distractions of daily life.

THE RHYTHM

This retreat is quiet, spacious, and held with care.

You’ll be invited to drop into your own rhythm as soon as you arrive. While we’ll share nourishing meals (prepared for you by your guides in the main lodge) and have moments to gather, much of your time will be spent alone—listening, feeling, resting, and being with the land.

It is deeply personal work—yet done alongside others who are walking the same path. That’s the beauty of this kind of community.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Long stretches of silence

Simple living and deep rest

A bland, salt-free diet to support the plant work

The quiet companionship of those walking beside you

Occasional group spaces for integration and support, as needed

You must be able to camp comfortably and be open to solitude and stillness.

Held with Experience & Devotion

Your guides—Kelly Ann, Alasdair, and Julie-Roxane—have been walking with the plants since 2020. Together, they bring their years of combined experience in ceremony, wilderness immersion, mythic process, and deep listening.

This is Wild Within at its essence.

Taking the wild within—to awaken the wild already inside you.

Bobinsana has been coming through clearly for nearly a year now, asking to be served in this way to our community. We’ve been listening.
