Your practitioners are trained, experienced and dedicated to this work.
All week, our team of skilled facilitators will aid you in preparing for and integrating your journey.
You’ll be guided through a variety of carefully curated exercises, meditative practices, and facilitated discussions designed to deepen your experience and guide you to your edges.
You'll learn ancient and modern techniques to commune with nature, tap into your innate wisdom and embrace a more authentic and purpose-driven life.
Prior to your trip, you'll have a 1 on 1 preparation call with an experienced guide and we'll also be hosting a live group Zoom call before the trip to discuss psychospiritual prep and answer any questions you might have.

The Sanctuary
The retreat center is hidden away in a 300 acre pocket of ancient, old-growth rain forest where creek meets river. Cedar, fern, trillium, bear, lion, salmon, eagle and many others call this place home.
Lodging options include tucked away cabins overlooking the creek, bell tents, and custom built tiny homes. All participants will have access to the beautiful communal lodge with dining and outdoor areas, a fire pit, showers, a stunning wood deck overlooking the river, a newly built cedar bath house next to the river with cedar hot tub, cold plunge claw foot tub and sauna, a river beach, a pristine swimming hole at the confluence of the creek and river and of course, wild forest trails that lead from your door.
